Moody Grey Matte Eye Shadow is a classic eyeshadow that looks great on all eye colors. It has a blue grey cast to it and you can wear it washed over the eye for subtle definition or layer it for a real smoky eye look. You can use a wet brush for a deeper dark eyeshadow look.
