I started making homemade cinnamon rolls back in 1998-1999. My father made it a tradition to bring cinnamon rolls for Christmas morning from a local diner in Topeka, Kansas . I decided to learn how to make them myself. I moved to Houston. I made a batch to take for a potluck at work and everyone seemed to enjoy them. I was told to start selling them and the rest is history. I also make other homemade baked goods.
