Ms. Natasha A. Hall

(Entrepreneur)

About Me

Natasha Hall is a Brooklyn native of Guyanese descent whose work sits at the powerful intersection of empathy, innovation, and wellness. A solution-driven empath, Natasha has dedicated her life to addressing the often-overlooked needs of people who experience menstruation and urinary incontinence—needs she understands both personally and profoundly. Her journey toward founding Herplum was shaped by moments of frustration, resilience, and an unwavering refusal to remain unheard.

Trained as a Certified Public Accountant, Natasha used her analytical skills to educate and uplift others, yet her calling extended far beyond numbers. Drawn to holistic healing, she became a yoga master, discovering mindfulness and self-care as transformative tools—principles that now anchor Herplum’s mission. Adding a deeply spiritual layer to her work, the name Herplum came to Natasha in a dream from her late grandmother, a reminder that purpose can be inherited, intuitive, and deeply rooted in love.

More than a brand, Herplum is Natasha’s living testament to resilience and compassion, designed to empower individuals to move through life with confidence, comfort, and dignity. Through her work, Natasha is helping to redefine conversations around menstruation and urinary incontinence—inviting women to imagine a world where wellness is inclusive, voices are honored, and everyone is empowered to embrace their fullest self.
