I, Mary Saggal, DNP, PMHNP-BC, have been working as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner for just over eight years. I began my professional career in the Massachusetts prison system, providing psychiatric mental health services to incarcerated individuals and ICE detainees. After several years of serving the prison population, I transitioned to virtual outpatient psychiatric private practice, where I worked for over five years as an employed provider. In 2025, I launched my own outpatient psychiatric private practice, Top Choice Telepsychiatry LLC™, offering psychiatric mental health services both virtually and in person to individuals aged 13 and older. Top Choice Telepsychiatry LLC™ also hosts its own podcast on Spotify and iHeartRadio and offers one-on-one retreat experiences—called The R.A.W. Retreat Experience (Reveal – Align – Witness)—held in person at our office location. I will begin hosting mental health seminars both in person at our office location and at larger venues.
