Dr. Haggard has over 50 years experience in education. She is currently retired after spending 37 years teaching with the Plano Independent School District. Dr. Haggard serves as a Facilitator for the Journey of Hope, a grief support program for families. She tutors and consults in school districts and continues to evaluate, edit and write materials for publishers as needed.
