Dena Hobbs-Lix is a multi-million dollar producer with JLA Realty Atascocita, who specializes in buying, selling, leasing, and luxury homes. She loves working with her clients and brings critical character traits such as perseverance, dedication, tenacity, as well as sales and communication skills. She is a dedicated member of the Women’s Council of Realtors Lake Houston, the fastest growing network in Texas, where she is also the Co-Chair of Marketing. Dena has an extensive personal and professional background, with over 25 years of sales and education experience as a Regional Sales Executive for Central United States. She was also part owner of an oil and gas consulting company, which allowed her to garner international moves, travel, culture, and experience. In 2019, Dena was a multi-million dollar producer in home sales and accomplished multiple million dollar months in 2019! In addition to helping her clients find their dream home, she offers her clients credit restoration and mobile notary services. Outside of real estate and community service, Dena is the proud mom of a 26-year-old Aggie graduate with a Master’s degree. She also has a passion for helping others and giving to her community and volunteers her time for multiple organizations across the city.
