I am currently a Notary (Be Blessed and Get Notarized) for the state of Virginia, I am founder and currently treasurer of the Tidewater Chapter of the Federally Employed Women in Newport News, Va. and current treasurer of the Mid-Atlantic Region of the Federally Employed Women National Organization, located in Washington DC. I have been a member of this organization for fifteen years. I have held several positions in this chapter such as president, secretary and now treasurer. I have also served as regional manager for the region which serves the Southern end of Virginia, Delaware, Maryland and Philadelphia. The national organization has a membership of about 2,000 or more members, with ten regions. I have also received my certification in Pastoral Care. Lastly, I am a retired DOD civil service employee from the Navy and a breast cancer survivor.
