• Help people understand that they can advocate for themselves. Doctors aren't always correct. Stand your ground and believe in yourself if you have a concern follow your gut. No one knows your body better than you do!
• Speak nationally to stand loud and proud and show people to have faith in themselves and what could they accomplish if they did... Look at me I'm the only one standing.  What could you do?? 
• I made a promise to God to help someone every day.  And big or small, it doesn't matter, that's what I'm going to do.
