Having earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and graduating Magna Cum Laude, Vanessa put her formal education to work in tax and accounting and working with CPA firms. She immediately saw that her passion and goal was to create an agency which proactively focuses on strategic goals and future planning to assist her clients in creating a business and life they love. Vanessa has tailored her business to specialize in the professional service industry, many of her clients are in marketing, advertising and coaching. She has developed a proprietary job-costing system which has produced truly outstanding results. Many of her clients are industry leaders now due to CP&A’s systems and processes for growth and business success. Vanessa has put the principles she teaches others to work in building her own company, including measured growth, outstanding product and services, and empowerment of both her clients and her staff. Vanessa is a goal-focused visionary, and forms strong interpersonal relationships with her clients and staff. Her authentic desire for increasing financial wellbeing of her clients by guiding them through the processes of setting sustainable business goals, teaching financial literacy, reducing tax exposure, and addressing key concerns is seasoned with both compassion and humor, making her an effective leader and CEO.
