Trashica Robinson is a strategic leader, financial professional, former elected official, consultant, and community advocate whose journey reflects resilience, purpose, and a commitment to service.
A graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Robinson is currently pursuing a master’s degree in accounting. Her professional experience spans accounting, financial management, healthcare operations, organizational leadership, compliance, strategic planning, and community development.
Robinson made history in her own life when she graduated from college and was elected Mayor of the Village of Tangipahoa on the same day, December 10, 2016. Her tenure in public service strengthened her commitment to responsible leadership, economic development, and creating opportunities for communities that are too often overlooked.
Today, she serves as a Senior Accountant while providing operational leadership support within the behavioral healthcare sector. She is also expanding her work as a Strategic Consultant, helping organizations strengthen financial systems, improve operations, prepare for funding opportunities, and turn ideas into sustainable strategies.
Her leadership extends far beyond the workplace. Robinson is the founder of Roro Purpose LLC, an initiative created in honor of her late granddaughter, Royalty “Roro” Robinson. Through Roro Purpose, she transforms personal loss into service by supporting children, families, and communities locally and internationally.
In 2026, Robinson was selected for the inaugural Women’s Leadership Academy Cohort, a leadership development initiative of the Junior League of Baton Rouge and the LSU Leadership Development Institute.
Her story has been shaped by both achievement and adversity. Losing her mother at 13, experiencing profound family loss, navigating major professional transitions, and rebuilding through difficult seasons have given her a leadership philosophy rooted in perseverance, faith, accountability, and purpose.
Robinson believes leadership is not defined solely by a title. It is demonstrated by the ability to serve when circumstances are difficult, create solutions when resources are limited, and use every chapter of life to help someone else move forward.
Her personal philosophy is captured in a simple message:
Her Wisdom. My Purpose. Our Legacy.
