My early career began in the women's garment Industry. First with T-shirts and moving into women's swim wear. I designed and manufactured swim wear and sportswear for 18 years. Fortunately, I was lucky enough to have a center fold in Sports Illustrated swim issue with Kathy Ireland and other Sports Illustrated exposure through calendars and booklets. Once my two daughters began school, my decision to stay home became important. The swimwear industry had required much travel. I became licensed for Securites and Wealth Management. I worked for Smith Barney until I moved to an independent broker dealer in 2002. In 2003, I acquired a California real estate license to help clients with portfolios.I now specialize in DST Real Estate investments for 1031 exchange clients and real estate investors. A DST is an investment where clients can passively invest into high quality, institutional real estate with management. My focus is on Off -Market Real Estate and third party wealth management. It keeps me busy but the work is very satisfying and rewarding.
