Tiffany Josey (Recording Artist, Songwriter, Dancer, Model, Actress, Choreographer) an American singer, dancer, solo and recording artist. Born and raised in the small town of Sumter, South Carolina, Tiffany refers to herself as “a small time country girl with big dreams.” As a young child, Tiffany was inventive, creative, and imaginable. While imagining herself as one day becoming a performer, Tiffany remembers singing and dancing around the house at the age of 5 and 6. Even more curious, she often found herself standing in front of the television watching singers and musicians perform on stage. She instantly developed a love and passion for entertainment. “At that young age, I didn’t have a clue what Purpose and God was.” As she grew older, still having the mindset of one day becoming a entertainer, Tiffany knew she had to begin the process to build up her character, self-esteem and confidence; that is when she privately started performing in front of her bedroom mirror and later expanded more publicly, to the living room mirror…and her inspiration and journey began. “As I got a little older I sensed there was something about me that I haven't quite tapped into yet. Growing up in a small town and living with family that had no musical background, questioned Tiffany’s desire of one day becoming accomplishing her dreams… Making it seem impossible in my own strength. With hardly no support from family, Tiffany refused to allow any discouragement to abort her dream and began preparing herself like never before, and without anyone's validation of her. As Tiffany grew older, her self-esteem grew stronger. She and friends later started a 4-girl singing group, where Tiffany was the lead singer. They performed at school talent shows and outside competitions. “I remember sitting in my mom’s living room, and this powerful force of energy came over me, and all of a sudden, I had a burning desire to get up and dance, dance, dance in the mirror. I was dancing everywhere I went, no matter where it was; I was so full of energy.” A week before graduating High School, Tiffany gave birth to a healthy 7lb 2oz baby girl. Determined not to allow being a single parent at age 18 interfere with her dreams, it empowered her to focus more on positioning herself. She soon began auditioning for modeling and fashion shows. Later, Tiffany expanded to auditing for big talent searches like X-Factor, So You Think You Can Dance, America’s Next Top Model, America’s Got Talent, and P Diddy’s Making The Band to name a few. “I was traveling like a chicken with my head cut off! I Thank the Lord that he had other plans for my life. I did not always think like this before, but now looking back, I'm glad I was rejected. What the Lord had for me was so much bigger than what I expected”. Progressing more into adulthood, Tiffany went through some tough times with making decisions and choices that would affect her life. Later realizing that the trials and tribulations are what helped her to become the woman that she is today. In 2011, Tiffany moved to California and married. In 2012, she gave birth to her second child, a son, weighing in at 8lb 8oz. Unfortunately, the marriage did not last and she moved back to her hometown of Sumter, SC in 2014. “It was the greatest humility that GOD ever allowed me to experience." These experiences gave me a new perspective on life. I was on complete fire and ready to take on the next obstacle”. Once returning home, Tiffany remembers felt that God placed on her heart to start a exercise hip-hop dance class. The intent of the class was to help people, mainly women; get in shape, build self-confidence and have fun learning new dance moves. A few years later, Tiffany was very excited to receive an unexpected phone call from an estranged associate to come to his studio and record some songs. After working together for a short while, Tiffany decided to take a different path on her journey. “Although my life moved on, I truly found MYSELF in writing and becoming my own artist”. From reconnecting with her estranged associate, Tiffany wrote 3 albums and record singles. Tiffany launched her first music video single "Won't Stop" coming out February 14, 2019. Tiffany has many music videos on the internet and have performed in her hometown. "All things will come together in due time, when the time is Destined". "My goal in life is to become a role model for others in a positive light". "I will stop at nothing to break generational curses for my kids and leave a legacy behind". "Jesus is the author and finisher of my faith and I don't believe that he brought me this far to leave me".
