I am a trauma therapist. I specialize in childhood trauma and sexual abuse. I utilize Cognitive Processing Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy. I believe that helping others is my purpose in life. I strive to alleviate the pain that others may experience and assist them in leading a more positive life they deserve. I love my family and they have always been my motivation. I believe we should always work towards improvement and being a better version of ourselves.
