Ms. Klawitter has almost 5 years in the current role. She provides general nursing to patients and is responsible for observation, assessment and caring for clients, staff education, physician relations and setting up medication. Ms. Klawitter implements electronic charting and new medication count systems. She developed a new psychotropic program which is used by other facilities. She also interacts with doctors and the pharmacy as needed.
