People don't remember programs. They remember how a place made them feel.
That belief became the foundation for Designing Human Connection™—a human-centered approach that blends experience design, hospitality, environmental psychology, wellness, and community strategy to create cultures where people genuinely belong.
Throughout my career, I have challenged the idea that engagement is measured by the number of events on a calendar. Instead, I focus on designing ecosystems that foster meaningful relationships, support lifelong growth, and improve quality of life.
This philosophy led to the creation of Beyond Living™, an evidence-informed wellness framework that integrates movement, brain health, nutrition, purpose, social connection, and technology into a cohesive model for healthy aging. Developed and implemented at Stoneridge Creek, Beyond Living has become a living laboratory for innovation, demonstrating how intentional design can positively influence engagement, well-being, and community culture.
