About Me

Our Vision

There was a time when I thought my story was over. A time when addiction, trauma, and pain told me that I was broken beyond repair. That I would always be trapped in the cycle of destruction. That I would never be free.

But I stand before you today—not just as someone in recovery. I stand before you as someone recovered. Whole. Healed. Set free.

Because I learned something that changed my life: We are not meant to live in the shadow of our past. We are meant to rise beyond it.

For too long, we’ve been told that we are always “in recovery.” That we will always carry the weight of our past mistakes. That relapse is part of the process, and that brokenness is our lifelong identity.

But I refuse to accept that.

And I know many of you feel it too—that deep desire for something more. That pull toward true transformation. Not just surviving. Not just managing. But fully recovering. Fully living.

This is the vision of the Recovered Movement.

We are creating a world where people no longer carry labels that keep them bound. Where healing is not just possible—it is expected. Where individuals rise beyond addiction, trauma, and shame and step into their full identity—strong, whole, and completely transformed.

We believe that true recovery is not a life sentence—it’s a breakthrough.

And through our voices, our stories, and our commitment, we are building a movement that shatters limitations, empowers healing, and changes lives forever.

Through Rise Beyond Foundation, we are giving people the real chance to heal—90 days of treatment that they otherwise wouldn’t have access to.

Through our books and children’s stories, we are teaching the next generation early what it means to process emotions, to heal, to find their voice, and to walk in confidence.

Through the Recovered Movement, we are rewriting the narrative of addiction, trauma, and recovery.

We are no longer just recovering.

We are recovered.

We are whole.

We are free.

And together, we are building a future where healing isn’t just a possibility—it’s the expectation.

So I ask you today—

Will you be part of this movement?

Will you stand with me in shifting from recovery to recovered?

Will you rise beyond?

Because our stories are not meant to end in pain.

Our stories are meant to lead to victory.

And together, we will change the world.
