Legal research and writing: able to utilize platforms on both PC and IOS/MAC
Expert research and analysis abilities including usage of LexisNexis and Westlaw.
Able to read, write, and translate Spanish fluently.
Vast experience working with clients who speak Spanish as a primary or only language.
Conflict Prevention and Resolution: experience in lawsuit prevention and resolving conflicts without litigation by utilizing legal research, status interpretation, mediation, and risk analysis and management.
