I have thought of a unique trifecta model where food is used as the medium to promote social change. My restaurants Mercy Mediterranean and Lunas Halal Taqueria are alternatives to unhealthy fast food and the second dimension of my model is to give charity to my non profit model - Miracles 4 Mercy - and then my podcast is the 3rd dimension where we talk and speak about mercy in all avenues of life. My goal is to spread mercy and kindness through a model that can transform the world into a more empathetic place.
