I work, together with my husband, overseeing the operations of the business. My job mostly consists of doing bids, handling finances and schedules, stump grinding, and initial training of workers. Occasionally, I am called upon to assist in the labor (trimming, loading, clean up, etc). Also, I maintain our home and children.
