Ms. Rhodessia C. Hemphill

(Life Coach)

About Me

My name is Rhodessia Hemphill and I am the owner and founder of the School of ELUL. I am a Certified Special Education (Behavioral, Life Skills and Inclusion) Educator for 24 years. I also have 10 years experience with the Air Force Reserve as a Mental Health Specialist. In addition with the Air Reserve, I have worked with the crisis program to assist those individuals of domestic violence and their partners. I have also taught a Mental Health Class for the Salvation Army consisting of an introductory to mental health and rebuilding your life after trauma. I started the School of ELUL after I began working for a district which had absorbed another district in my county that had lost their accreditation. Although this district had been afforded several millions to assist the troubled school district there was no support and the students (most who look like me) had behaviors that were out of control. After several attempts to try and get the district and my principal to allow me to utilize my strategies to assist not just my behavioral students but all were deflated and pushed aside (I had no support nor resources) I began to develop and create S.O.E. I wanted to see my students succeed and be productive, not be a money asset. I also did not like how the education system aligned with the criminal system, hence instilling a negative self-fulfilling prophesy. I am a Certified Achology Life Coach specializing in mental health, the law of attraction, transformation, culture, and behavior modification.
