Dr. Rachel W. Alex is an educator, author, leadership strategist, and advocate whose work is rooted in helping people heal, lead, and thrive. With nearly three decades of experience in public education, she has served in roles ranging from teacher and counselor to principal, executive leader, and interim superintendent.
She is the founder and CEO of HELP in Schools LLC, where she partners with school districts to strengthen leadership, build sustainable systems, and improve outcomes for students. She is also the founder and president of The Pink Table Foundation, a nonprofit created from her journey as a breast cancer survivor and her belief that every woman deserves a seat. Through scholarships, leadership development, mentorship, and survivorship support, the foundation creates spaces where women feel seen, supported, and empowered.
A published scholar, author, executive coach, and university adjunct professor, Dr. Alex brings together professional expertise, lived experience, faith, and purpose.
