My career began as a Surgical Technologist in the US Air Force. I learned so much during my tenure. My love for serving surgical patients throughout each phase of their surgical journey, their families, and the dedicated surgical teams who sacrifice daily to ensure our patients receive the highest quality of care delivery set the foundation on which I built my nursing career on. I've been very fortunate to remain under some aspect of the Surgical Services umbrella throughout each phase of my career from Surgical Tech to Registered Nurse, Educator, Manager and now Perioperative Healthcare Consultant. My main goal for creating Sankirtz, LLC is to continue serving my community and yours with integrity, professionalism and compassion. We provide process improvement measures to empower your team and elicit positive outcomes throughout your organization.
