I am a wife, married to my husband since 1974, a mom to four, and a Mimi to six. My family is my first and most important priority. I also have a beautiful Native American Shepherd, Dakota, and she comes next in line. I was born in Florida, raised in Bethlehem, Pa, and have been a resident of NC since 1990. I am a retired Registered Nurse, having served in several capacities over a 44 year period, my favorite being that of an Emergency Room or Urgent Care nurse. Before I retired from nursing, I got my Realtor's license and have dabbled in that since 2015. My professional writing career began with the publication of my first book, a children's picture book called "The Giggle Box".
