Born in Virginia, I grew up boating and fishing on thebeautiful Smith Mountain Lake. Starting at age 12, Florida became my favoritegetaway spot, where I vacationed every summer until I officially made theSunshine State my home in 1990. Life by the water became my passion, with alove for the beach and boating always close to my heart.
I am the proud mom of three wonderful children, now 26, 32, and 34, and a"Glammy" to one grand-baby girl. For many years, I balanced life as asingle mother while building a career in management at an insurance company inSarasota. In 2006, I married the love of my life, and in 2010, I joined hisfamily’s jewelry store, where my passion for design began to flourish.
In 2015, I created my own nautical jewelry line, **Nau-T-Girl Jewelry**, whichhas grown to be featured in over 80 stores. Then, in 2024, I partnered withLeah Rae Yawn, wife of Capt. Sandy Yawn from *Bravo's Below DeckMediterranean*, to launch **Cuff Me**, a venture I’m incredibly excited about.
My life has been shaped by family, creativity, and a love for thewater—something I continue to pour into every design I create.
