In 2017, Pam took a bold leap, leaving a 28-year career in insurance to establish Powerful Purpose, a coaching practice. As a success coach, she empowers women to discover their true purpose and navigate life confidently through her individual and group coaching. The Purpose Den is a place to gather women together as a community. Pam's passion extends to her "Fill the Purse with Purpose Project," which has donated over 1000 purses to empower women. Through individual and group coaching, speaking, and writing, she encourages women to live intentionally and embrace their unique journey, inspiring personal and professional growth. Pam's journey of resilience, compassion, and a commitment to empowering women has also changed how she lives her life. As a wife, mom, and woman of faith, she has been able to embrace every last drop of goodness.
