Ms. Puzzo created Stepping Stones for Stella after her father created a beach buggy for her daughter, Stella, so she could enjoy the beach. She decided to donate buggies to families with children with disabilities so they could enjoy it as well. Through her efforts, they have already donated over 400 buggies since founding the organization in 2013.
