The school rapidly grew to six-figure revenue within its first three months, serving a diverse community of learners while accessing and maximizing public funding streams often considered too complex to navigate.
Today, Dr. Rich-Byrne is the Founder and Executive Director of Enriched Learning Academy, an innovative early childhood center grounded in equity, excellence, and whole-child development. She also serves as an adjunct professor in graduate-level early childhood and special education programs, and she is a frequent speaker and consultant on leadership, curriculum design, and educational systems change.
