My name is Natalia Colón-Morales. I am a Puerto Rico native who moved to New York seven years ago and decided to make Pittsburgh, PA my home in 2014. I am extremely passionate about contributing to small businesses (local and foreign), supporting their teams to reach high-standard service goals. I created this company because I have always felt the service and hospitality industries need to change from focusing on only increasing revenue to creating a positive environment that will increase profits. There is a huge disconnect across the industry between owners, managers, and line level employees that causes high turnover, decrease in service quality, and high expenses. After graduating with a BA in Hotel & Restaurant Administration from the University of Puerto Rico, an MBA in Hospitality Management from South University, and working in the Service and Hospitality industries for over 12 years, I have noticed that there is not a lot of emphasis and information on how service quality can maximize revenue, boost employee morale, and give your business and team a better chance at success.
