I am the founder of STYLeeK & Co. I am a 51-year-old woman from a very small town, Jeanerette, Louisiana. My life has been a journey and I am not talking about a walk-in-the-park journey. One day I might write about the good, the bad, and the ugly of my life. What a read that would be. I was awarded a college scholarship in the 5th grade, but due to circumstances beyond a child's control, I was not able to take it. Fast forward to now. I opened my first store in January 2021 teaching myself everything as I went. Five days after opening, I had 1200+ visitors, no sales. I learned my pages were bouncing everyone off. I had missed an important part. After learning to fix that here I am today. My goal is to try and bring the lowest prices possible to the public. I am working on that. I think everyone rich or poor should have what they need and a little of what they want. So my promise to you is to keep working to get the prices down so that everyone can feel equal to the next person because they are.
