With over 14 years with the current Company, Ms. Onesto implements new workflow systems and creates innovative ways to obtain and retain employee talent. She is responsible for daily oversight of personnel, onboarding of new employees and creating employee incentive programs to help maintain a growing and positive work environment which also motivates the staff. Ms. Onesto oversees all of the operations and compliance work flow system to ensure efficiency, and ensures PSF provides value to the customers who are advisors and life insurance agents. She serves as one of the Registered FINRA Series 24 Principals in the Investment/Securities Department and ensures proper systems are in place to allow for modern technology to handle most of the busy work. Ms. Onesto provides overall support for all affiliated relationships and to the firm's 80+ financial advisors
