Melissa began her career writing estimates for an insurance company for Enterprise Rent-a-Car from 1992 - 2002, performing as an insurance specialist for eight offices. She became the managing partner with the Paul Graziosi Auto Sales and Collision Center/Dean-Paul Properties, Inc., where she managed the overall operations and administration of the business from 1994 - 2003.
During the same time, Melissa managed and oversaw 45 rental properties with Dean-Paul Properties, Inc. from 1996 - 2003. She was responsible for collecting the rent, billing, AP/AR, bookkeeping and general administration. In 2003, Melissa took over the human resources role with Dean Graziosi Enterprises, Inc., performing all of the generalist functions for the company including payroll, benefits, employee relations, policies, and procedures. She continued in this role through 2012.
From 2009 - 2013, Melissa was the owner and manager of The Hair Gallery Salon and Spa, where she was responsible for oversight of the business operations and administration, hiring and firing, ordering supplies and staff oversight.
