My best friend for over 40 years, Julie Essary and I both went through a divorce in 2018 and decided to get together and open a painting business since we were both stay at home moms raising children and did not have a career. It was time for both of us to find our independence. Both of us were dedicated moms and wives and did not have much of a career. We have always been great with design, color and decorating. My business partner Julie grew up with a paintbrush in her hand, as her dad was a painter. She taught me how to paint when we were younger and we always did our own painting work. We are both professional, meticulous painters. We bring the woman touch to every job we do. We have found that homeowners love the idea of moms coming into their homes to do work. I do more of the business end of things. I do most of the networking to find new jobs and all of the business stuff that goes along with running a company. We have been fortunate enough with our work ethic and amazing reviews to have had work since the day we opened our company over a year ago. We now have 5 employees that all work full or part time for us. We have added on cabinet painting, wallpaper removal and staging to sell homes. We have been blessed and we hope to have many woman crews working for us in the future.
