Establish a charity or not-for-profit that will help prevent adolescent and teenage drug abuse by helping them deal with anxiety and avoid self medication. I see a facility where there are programs with recovering addicts leading groups, this will help the recovering addicts, too.
Build a community that gives people who lose their home to foreclosure a temporary stay where they learn to rebuild credit and rebuild income potential. Complete with classes for good habit building financially and personally. In addition nutrition/exercise classes, a daycare facility and a gym. (That's a dream but I'm sure I will get to it.)
