I was born and raised in Bowling Green Ky. Starting my baby sitting business at age 9, I would watch child in the neighborhood and family members all ages! Learning about people in many ways, ups and downs! This started my journey! Beginning in middle, school throughtout high school, I worked with the ECE Program (Exceptional Child Education for child with Special needs) and my academic Early ChildHood Education. Graduating in 2009. I continued my education with WKU, when I realized I wanted to help more than just the psychology stand point in a childs life.
I moved to Louisville, Ky and started as a Assistant Director at age 19 for Candyland Daycare. During this time I was able to expand my education in Culinary Arts with Sullivan University! Breaking down how the salt used to season your chicken, or even the last thing the chicken ate, effects your brain activity. While at Sullivan I picked up a few lost hobbies from my childhood. Baking and Decorating baked foods! Starting Maddalenas Cupcakes LLC, after my daughter was born in 2014. Once Covid hit in 2019 the world was about to change! Children were born in a world no one understood at that time. The amount of children being diagnosed with autism had went through the roof. Families were seeking help from everywhere and no where to go. My family being one, with my son was born in 2016. We were on the same journey trying to find him the therapy he needed. With covid, centers had began to pick and choose who they wanted in their center on a much harsher level. This giving our angels no where to go. With the help of Covid funding I was able to open my first center, Little Genius Academy. We were full in three weeks! With in six months we obtained a second location. Making this center the home of the Non-Profit Organization Excellent Puzzle Pieces Inc. Giving, Mother Theresa's Learning Academy, a home in 2023. We strive to give everyone a safe place to call their second home, children to the employees who work with us! Everyone is family! We are now working on the future of our children expanding to a 3rd location. The focus of this building is our children's businesses, Maddalenas Cupcakes LLC, Mom & Me Treats LLC, and KStylzBallonz LLC. At ages 10, 9 and 13 our daughters have created and expedited their own unique business skills!
