Hello Everyome, I wanted to drop in and share a little about myself. I am a Wife, Mother, and a very proud grandma of 4 beautiful grandbabies. I started making quilts over 36 years ago, my mother-in-law taught me. At age 37, I was in a 4-wheeler accident,i was ejected off the back of the 4-wheeler. i did 8 cartwheels, then landed flat on my back, landing on a huge boulder of a rock. that day was on JANUARY 15 2006, THEREWAS 4 4WHEELER AND 2 PEOPLE ON EACH. IT WAS AT THE END OF THE DAY OF OUR PLAING IN THE CREEK AND TRAILS, we stoped t a little 1lane bridge just to talk about the fun we had, the guy i was with and the guy the Threasa was with decided they wanted to race, the last thing renenber was the ditch bank that we went inand back uo on the side of the inbackment, the next thing i knewi was being stabed in the head with a needle, the doctors was trying to get me stable to get me airlifted to Little Rock at UMAS BITH HOSPITALS CALLED MY FAMILY IN THEY WAS TOLD I HAD LESS THEN TEN PERCENT CHANCE OF LIING THREW THE NGHT. They was wring. so i couldn't and still cant work for someone else so i retaught myself how to make quilts and this is how maggie mays quilting and thing got started
