Madeline McPhail is passionate about the professional audio industry. After several years as a touring musician with top 40 radio play, Madeline joined SoundTools, a division of Rat Sound that manufactures useful audio devices for sound professionals, in 2017. Her work in marketing and sales helped SoundTools grow from a small startup to a globally-recognized brand. Madeline discovered that she has a natural talent for growing sales channels and became Head of Sales in 2021. She enjoys the challenge and experience working with new dealers from all over the globe and working through language barriers, time differences, and different cultures. She prides herself on her ability to build and maintain relationships and to find the right solutions for her clients. Her work at SoundTools inspired her to go back to school to finish her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Communication. She is on track to graduate in 2024 from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. While successfully growing the SoundTools product line on a global level, she has also made the Dean’s List every semester. In her community, Madeline runs a weekly women’s book club that focuses on personal growth and empowerment. She is dedicated to helping women grow and develop into their best selves. When not working or studying, Madeline can be found reading, writing, and experimenting with abstract painting styles. She is also an accomplished virtual architect in The Sims, where she uses her creativity to construct perfect houses and has mastered all but two of the available careers.
