Mrs. McGrew has over 46 years experience and has been with her current employer for the past 20 years. She mentors first year teachers and helps them with skillsets, techniques, lesson plans and basic teaching skills. Recently, she has taken a part time position with the Earlimart School District as their Director of Special Education. Ms. McGrew also serves as a Judge for various associations.
