Ms. Freeland is responsible for making final decisions and enforcing the laws for the City. She serves as CEO of the town and as such, attends functions and ensures services are available to the citizens. Ms. Freeland also serves as a Case Manager at Casco Area Workshop, Harrisonville, Missouri where she gives tours and provides intake for potential employees for the workshop. She provides annual eligibility evaluations and sets objectives for individuals in production. Ms. Freeland oversees a case load of approximately 50 individuals including Individual Supported Plans. She assists individuals with finding resources as needed.
