With an entrepreneurship journey that spans nearly ten years of professional management and practice in the business industry, Latesha Clark’s key expertise is linked to her ability to effectively run multiple companies, organizations, and initiatives, all of which positively contribute towards the society’s economic and social goals.Over the past few years, Latesha has solidified her place in the Insurance Industry in Tennessee and Mississippi by building an Insurance Agency – Maximum Care Solutions – from the ground up. She began this venture in Tennessee in 2018, built the Maximum Care Solutions in Mississippi in 2020, and is currently opening another one in California. Latesha is also currently building the Growth Grounds LLC, a business dedicated to the provision of business and professional services, such as building personal and business credit, filing taxes, qualifying people for loans and grants, building websites, creating logos, and System for Award Management (SAM) registration. Under Growth Grounds LLC, Latesha started the Transformational Ncrease LLC and Transformation Academy LLC which not only help people build businesses from scratch, but also offer business consulting services.Among her many talents, Latesha also qualified as a Notary in 2021, and is registered with the United States Department of Agriculture as a minority farmer. Her passion for the food and agricultural economy extends to her restaurant – Cabistros Palace – which offers unique ethnic dishes since its inception in January 2019.Latesha’s recent focus is on her three new businesses: Growth Grounds LLC, Cal’s Express Freight Lines LLC, and the On The Move Freight Liners LLC. In these businesses, Latesha focuses on providing innovative services, and integrates training and employment across all three industries. Furthermore, under her brokerage firm (On The Move Freight Liners LLC), Latesha can develop management recommendations and certify other community members who want to become freight brokers.
