Kia Rhodes was part of the legacy at Bolingbrook High School Women's Basketball Team (2004-2008). Received a full scholarship in basketball to play at Kishwaukee Junior College (2008-2011). Achieved her goal playing Division 1 Basketball at Weber State University (2011-2013). Kia was invited to the International Combine 2013, however, she decided to continue her education receiving a Masters in Business Administration with a Concentration in Finance. While pursuing her Masters Degree, she was a Graduate Assistant for the Athletic Director and Academic Services for Lindenwood University-Belleville. Kia was the first youngest female in her family to receive a Masters Degree. With the drive and determination Kia has for learning, she has joined and became a member of the International Institute of Business Analysis Global Organization (02/2018 to Present) as well as taking classes, such as Microsoft Excel, (which includes Pivot tables, Macros, VBA, Statistics & Data Analysis, and Power BI), Access, Visio, and Share Point to enhance her technical skills. Kia has always had an infatuation with technology and designing. With that said, she has enhanced her designing and creativity skills by initiating the proper classes to receive certification for Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva Graphic Design, Direct and Produce Animation Videos, SAS, Java, MySQL, SAP, HTML, CSS, Shopify, and WordPress. Within a 2 months time period between February 2018 and April 2018, Kia became the Founder and Sole Proprietor of Encourage Wealth Enterprises LLC. She has designed the logo herself, and is currently promoting women's clothing line logo/brand called FWA-3. FWA-3 stands for Females With Aptitude, Aspiration, and Ambition. The number 3 helps justify the three A's listed above that help the Designer to create a prestigious, unique logo design. The sophisticated logo design brings out the new perspective of women changing every aspect in the world today.
