I’m a wonderful person who loves to try and understand others. I was in the US Army for 4 yrs. I currently have a group called, ‘Coping with Mental Health’ and a YouTube channel that discusses various things that we has human go through day to day. These are things that can affect us in many ways. I promote self awareness and support for each other. Life isn’t always easy but having the right circle will alleviate a lot of the stresses that come our way.
