Since I was a little girl, I've been fascinated by art and beauty through makeup and fashion. Having people recognize the beauty in themselves that they were too shy to express, has had an everlasting effect on myself and my clients. Having my clients thank me through tears and hugs, is the most gratifying feeling I can't even express. My goal for each client, is to allow them to escape from reality , turn off their minds and let the mirror reveal the beautiful person they didn't even know existed. Bringing out confidence and inner beauty has been my mission in this industry and the most important morals to me. As a role model now for my daughter, I make sure every day I am displaying confidence and portraying the true meaning of inner beauty. Growing up, I've lived by a quote, "Do you & Only you." -Kelly Schumann This means, do not care what anyone thinks of you and stay true to what you believe in. People will go out of their way to try and bring you down and smash your dreams once they see you as a threat or getting ahead of them. These people are roadblocks who cause detours. However, these people are also teachers in our journey through life. They will make you braver and work even harder. We just need to humbly step around them and keep going. With strength from God, I've been able to cope with some dark hardships in my life that have turned into complete blessings. It was my mindset that needed to change, not my situation. I needed to learn how to select my thoughts just like I selected my makeup and clothes. My mind is the only thing in my life that I can control; everything else is in God's hands. I learned how to make everything beautiful no matter how hard I was struggling. My ability to bring beauty to everything dark in this world is what I want to share and the legacy I want to leave with.
