I am a licensed advanced foot care nail technician and a retired nurse of 30 yrs. I have been a licensed daycare provider of 18 years and a licensed foster adopted parent with my husband. We have adopted 4 wonderful children and 4 successful adult children in our lives. I enjoy the many different ministries at my church where we have a great shepherd and first lady at our church in Moreno valley. In the course of my being busy and successfully finishing all that I have desired, I chose to go back to school and take cosmetology classes. I geared my focus on nails for the beauty and the interest of helping people with immune deficiency issues as my husband and oldest son both have diabetes. In my six years of training, I have been blessed with two wonderful mentors who I will be always thankful and grateful for during my journey in this great industry of beauty. They are Miss Tina Porter of Fremont Beauty College in Oakland, California, and Dr. Janet McCormick of Nail Care Academy in Florida. I have had the opportunity to meet and talk with Miss Tabatha Coffey at the Long Beach PBA Conference. I have also been able to work in the community with homeless women that are working their way back to restoring their lives. I give manicures and pedicures to low immune clients as well as homebound clients. I just can't walk this blessed journey without the love of my life God, my heart, my husband, Bruce, and my children. I see the world as one big beautiful garden of beauty.
