Jess White is a founder, author, and workforce systems architect with more than 25 years of experience in healthcare and human services. Her journey began in direct patient care as a CNA, CMA, and Licensed Practical Nurse, where she developed a deep understanding of both the clinical and human side of care.
From there, she transitioned into staffing and operations, helping scale teams and systems before launching her own company, Vision Staffing LLC. Built during the pandemic, the company grew into a multi-state organization grounded in trauma-informed care, workforce stability, and strong organizational culture.
Jess is also a published author of 10 books, including works that have reached Amazon #1 Bestselling rankings in Women’s Studies, Women’s Business, and Literary Criticism categories. Her writing focuses on leadership, personal development, and building systems that create lasting change.
In addition to her business and authorship, Jess is a Certified Human Rights Consultant through the U.S. Institute of Diplomacy and Human Rights, with training in Washington, D.C. Her work extends into advocacy, leadership development, and human-centered systems, including contributions to AI ethics and workforce integration through submissions to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). Her human-centered AI governance framework has also been submitted for academic consideration at Harvard University and is currently under review.
At the core of everything she builds is a simple belief: when people are supported, systems work better.
Outside of her professional work, Jess is a dedicated mother of five, an experience that continues to shape her leadership, resilience, and commitment to building systems that create stability and opportunity for others.
