I am a natural leader in my field of work. I'm a mom of 4 and work full time. I'm very good at what I do and I'm well known for knowing a lot of customers and associates that come for me with questions because they know I would know the answer most of the time. I'm very modest and caring and make sure that everyone who leaves my store is happy and has the best experience. I've been an employee for TJ Maxx for 4 and a half years this time. I've been on and off with the company for 16 years being employed there 2 other times. I'm very open about who I am and what I stand for. My personality clicks with most people I come into contact with, which makes my job enjoyable and I couldn't ask for a better company to work for.
Being a mom of 4, we have a lot of chaos sometimes and it can be loud and entertaining. My youngest daughter has Downs syndrome and has been the most loving and caring of them all. My kids keep me on my toes and remind me every day why I keep pushing for excellence. I have a loving partner who takes care of all of our kids when I can't be there to help out. My family is my real reason to be persistent on my journey to the top.
This year I've been working hard and working towards pushing myself to create a business. Being voted associate of the quarter this year gave me a boost of confidence and I plan to work harder towards my goals. In doing so, I can provide more for my family in the long run. My goal here is to reach out to those who can help me and others like me, continue to achieve our goals and accomplish things we only dream about.
