I was trained as a sexual abuse counselor in 1987 and have been mentoring women ever since. As of May 2021, I have developed a Life Coaching business in order to help women strengthen their relationships with their children - young and adult, their family and/or spouse, as well as with friends, co-workers, etc. I use the group coaching model as much as possible as there is a wealth of learning and value in the mass wisdom that comes from the group format. The company name is paramount in describing the approach that we take to being healthy and strong. I have taken the first word - Leaning - and have developed it into an acronym and ultimately the curriculum used to guide our journeys together. I look forward to Leaning Into You.
