The business stems from my own lived experiences as the oldest daughter of my immediate family, a “late” diagnosed neurodivergent woman, trauma survivor, & someone who’s had to navigate (& continues to) various types of relationship dynamics. My safe space growing up was very conditional, inconsistent, & sometimes nonexistent.
I wanted to create a no pressure, no judgement virtual space for women to come together in order to be authentic, learn how to love themselves & be in environments that not only know their worth but also encourage them to build their worth! I was a health coach prior to creating this business & while I did enjoy it, I felt called to make something of my own & that had meaning to it. Plenty more to come & enjoy!
Aside from business, the beach is my favorite place to be due to its calming natures. I'm into pilates, yoga, and other forms of beneficial body movement. I also enjoy getting crafty in terms of developing my crocheting skills (current era). I also enjoy connecting with other humans (w/ recharging in between!), playing chess, reading books (w/ background noise for my audhd brain), and open to trying new things.
