(Motivational Speaker)

About Me

Jada Lanise Andrews-Sullivan was born and raised in San Antonio, I am proud to live, work, and dream of a better community for each one of us. I was raised by a strong, God-fearing mother, and with her help, I was fortunate as a single mother to raise four children. As the granddaughter of two Baptist ministers, a granddaughter of an eastern star, and daughter of retired MSGT of the USAF. My family history is routed in servitude and uplifting of all. I am a product of SAISD, where I graduated from Sam Houston High. While furthering my education at the University of Texas at Austin, I enlisted in the United States Army where I served my country proudly and received an honorable discharge in 1997. Upon returning home, I graduated from HBC St. Philip’s College where I earned my Associates Degree. Rooted in the heart of the district, I launched my business in 2006 and it continues to this day. I am a dedicated advocate for a better stronger, thriving living and working environment of all by using equitable investments. I strongly believe through continued work we can transform our world. I trust “Equity” is needed to close the gaps of poverty and economic segregation. Together, we can continue to create community cohesiveness and focus on education with the goal of developing a safe and thriving urban environment. I believe through social justice changes, small business investment, youth leadership and entrepreneur training, we can launch our communities into prosperity. I am humbled to utilize my experience in advocating for equity within challenged platforms. It is our duty to educate, empower; and uplift others out of domestic/sexual abuse, generational trauma, youth leadership, small business, inequality, injustice; and the overall wellbeing for everyone!
