With over 30 years experience, Ms. Läderach Steven is responsible for the overall operations and sales of high quality Swiss chocolates to individual customers, corporations, parties, hotels and restaurants. She oversees importing, marketing, customer service and general activities of the shop. Ms. Läderach Steven imports over 60 types of high-quality Swiss truffles, pralines, and other products directly from Switzerland. She is responsible for arranging for shipments, customs (duties), translations and negotiations. Ms. Läderach Steven oversees staff and ensures customers receive the best possible service.
