I would like to go back to school to earn my Ph.D. in Special Education with an emphasis on underserved and under-represented populations. My ambition is to restructure the educational system for all special needs students, regardless of age or socioeconomic status, so that they can more easily access the education and training required to acquire the necessary skills to become the productive members of society they strive to become.

Assists students with learning disabilities and those academically gifted, in all grades K-12, by writing IEPs and EPs documenting the goals and objectives, and accommodations those students need to be academically, socially and emotionally successful
Provides direct instruction to help those students work towards and achieve those goals and objectives
Speciality: 2e; Twice-exceptional students who are both academically gifted, but also struggle with another exceptionality such as a learning disability, Autism spectrum disorder, ADD, ADHD, etc.
